From 9 to 16 November the traditional appointment returns to Cavola, the Truffle Festival with food, music and stalls.
From the morning – about 09.30 a.m. – Opening of the stand – Ribbon cutting in the presence of the mayor and delegation of mountain mayors with representatives of the Province and the Region.

09.45 a.m. On the steps of the Ceccati, an easy walk dedicated to the works of the Ceccati family, from the birthplace to the treasures of Cavola curated by: Ideanatura, for info and reservations: Edda Chiari 338 – 674.4818
10.00 a.m. Demonstration of cooking cracklings in the traditional wood-fired way.
10.00 am Musical entertainment by the Cavola Band.
12.30 pm Lunch based on truffles and mushrooms at the Pro Loco stand at Cavolaforum

3.00 p.m. Musical entertainment by the Banda di Cavola.
Games and fun for the little ones.
Throughout the day there will be a market along the street and the town squares.
