On Tuesday 23 June, starting at 8 pm, the Tortellata di San Giovanni nel Borgo returns to Borgo Val di Taro, an evening dedicated to good food and conviviality in the heart of the historic center.
The appointment is in Via Nazionale, where over 7,000 fresh tortelli d’erbetta will be cooked, prepared by chef Viviana of the Trattoria La Giara di Brunelli. To complete the dinner there will also be a fresh dessert of haute patisserie signed Valentina, with the participation of the Da Beppe ice cream parlor.
The evening’s menu includes tortelli alla parmigiana, Parma ham and fresh melon and a summer crumble with pistachios, vanilla chantilly and raspberry compote.
A nice opportunity to experience an early summer evening between taste, tradition and village atmosphere.
