The Festival of the Middle Ages opens the summer of Pianello on 10 and 11 June. The clanging of swords, the glitter of armor, the blasts of trumpets and the roll of drums: with the first of the three appointments of the Festival of the Middle Ages, in Pianello on the weekend of 10 and 11 June 2023, the summer full of events of Val Tidone starts spear in resta.
The protagonist of the Festival is the vast medieval universe, which lives again in the streets and squares of the village, thanks to the historical re-enactments staged by the Archeo VEA company, and at the Comics Festival with a focus on middle age, organized by the cultural association Ora Pro Comics, in collaboration with Malena snc.
Meetings with authors, comic workshops, markets and a camp of warriors of the thirteenth century, camped along the banks of the river. There are all the ingredients for a complete immersion in the past, which will continue throughout the summer with two other events: the weekends of 7 and 9 July and 14 and 16 July.
