Opplà! A jump in the Pedemontana Parmense to celebrate the arrival of spring and summer with four events in four weekends to be enjoyed in the municipalities of Collecchio, Felino, Sala Baganza and Traversetolo.
A rich program that will start on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 April in Collecchio with “Una Piazza di Sapori”. For two days, Piazza Repubblica will be transformed into a place of flavors, where you can taste, learn and play with the senses, mixing local traditions with those of other territories in a greedy journey that will involve adults and children in tastings, workshops, cooking shows and meetings. A quality food market will complete the offer. All events will be free and bookable on site.
The second appointment will be in Traversetolo on 29 and 30 April with “Di Fiore in Fiore”. For two days, the evocative location of Corte Agresti will be literally invaded by flowers in all their forms: from plants to flowers, from herbal teas to photographs, from jewels to works of art and quality craftsmanship, in a joyful explosion of colors and scents.
In May we will also have two cycling events: Traversetolo will host a stage of “La Polverosa”, which will take place on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 May, while on 13 and 14 May there will be Gravel Gourmet, always organized by the Pedemontana Union.
On May 6th you can go to Felino, where from 6.30 pm in Piazza Miodini there will be “Salame & Music”, the event between notes and palate. On stage will alternate, with a wide musical repertoire, the Parmesan rapper Malakooda, the singer, performer and dj Manuel Comelli and the dj JLBOSE. Throughout the evening, free tastings of Salame di Felino PGI and Coppa di Parma PGI by the Consortia for the protection of these two jewels of the Food Valley, with the possibility of having tasty aperitifs or dining in the bars and restaurants of the town.
To close such a rich review in style, an exclusive toast could not be missing. And… Goofy! In Sala Baganza on 20 and 21 May, “In alto i calici” awaits you, for a surprising “cin cin” aboard a hot air balloon above the Farnese Garden, with the excellent wines of the Colli di Parma, organized as part of the Malvasia Festival.
