Tuesday, April 4,11 and 18 at Circolo Arci Enigma, in Sala Baganza, at 9 p.m . Three evenings with Paolo Papotti to discover the Basic Law of the Republic and its history

Ahead of the 78th Anniversary of the Liberation, La Locomotiva Association, Circolo Arci Enigma and the municipal administration, in consultation with the Committee for Civic Celebrations, are offering three evenings on the Constitution of the Italian Republic entitled “Constitution: the words of democracy – Let’s talk about us.”, edited by Paolo Papotti.

The first meeting on Tuesday, April 4, will cover references on democratic transition and the composition of the Constituent Assembly. How democracy is written, the Principles of Principles, the words and reasoning of the constituents. On the second Tuesday, April 11, topics related to “Citizens between rights and duties: the first part of the Constitution as progressive sociality, the words and reasoning of the constituents” will be addressed.

In the last meeting on Tuesday, April 18, the focus will be on organization and operation, the second part of the Constitution roles, powers and responsibilities, and the words and reasoning of the constituents.
