Piazza Giovanni da Marola will come alive with the scenic frying pan and the market of typical products of the Apennines and artistic crafts, during the morning it will be possible to make an excursion through the woods and chestnut groves on foot with the guides of Ideanatura (by reservation at 338/6744818) or by mtb with Milko Meschiari (info, rental, e-bike, costs and reservations 334.3326451). All day long you can participate in the Chestnut Tour (free), easy and fun orienteering through woods and villages looking for the “lanterns”, and after having endorsed the different points on the map you can pick up snacks and gadgets offered by sponsors, and have fun in Piazza Ariosto. Every Sunday the opening of the Festival is set at 10 followed at 11.00 by the cooking of the first pan, at 12 opening of the refreshment point managed by Carpineti da Vivere with polenta, fried dumplings and local cold cuts, scarpazzone and apple and chestnut fritters.
