An initiative now in its 8th edition, it takes place in Emilia-Romagna in October 2026.
It offers intimate and original experiences, between art and spirituality, to discover sacred places of great beauty, rich in ancient treasures and suggestions along the paths of the Emilia-Romagna Regional Circuit.
The 2026 edition is characterized by the figure of St. Francis of Assisi in line with the enhancement of the activities related to the anniversary of the eighth centenary of the death of the saint (1226-2026) with proposals also related to the Franciscan places in Emilia-Romagna.
Monasteries, Abbeys, Cathedrals, Parish Churches, Sanctuaries and Churches open their doors to welcome the public with original proposals.
Meetings with friars, monks and religious, guided tours of the monasteries, walks through the parish churches, excursions along the paths to sanctuaries and thousand-year-old places of worship, tastings of ancient monastic recipes, in-depth studies with experts and teachers of art history, concerts of sacred music and ancient and precious organs.
The initiative is promoted in collaboration with the Emilia-Romagna Episcopal Conference.
