The Pro loco of Felino, under the patronage of the municipality, organizes the X Edition of Salami & Bollicine, which will be held on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September 2026. A weekend dedicated entirely to the enhancement of our king of the table, the Salame Felino IGP, combined with a prestigious selection of sparkling wines and sparkling wines.
Here is the detailed program of the two days:
SATURDAY 19 SEPTEMBER
6.30 p.m. appointment in Largo Villa Guidorossi for “Felino Igp salami meets bubbles”, the inevitable aperitif at the beginning of the party
7.30 p.m. in via Carducci “Felino in Tavola”, dinner with table service organized in collaboration with Antica Riseria Ferron Isola della Scala, Best Carni, Pasta & Pasticci Felino (by reservation). The special menu, at a cost of € 35, includes delights from Val Baganza, Salami & Bollicine risotto, roasted guinea fowl and the iconic chocolate salami with rum zabaglione. For children a special menu for € 10.
9.30 p.m. Live music thanks to Matteo Mazzoli and his “Journey into Author Music”
SUNDAY 20 SEPTEMBER
5.15 p.m. at the Castello di Felino “Wine & Food“, the exclusive event set in the splendid setting of the castle: a unique sensory experience designed for lovers of taste (by reservation)
