A special evening dedicated to the onion of Sala Baganza, a symbol of the agricultural and gastronomic history of our territory. For decades Sala Baganza has been a point of reference in the production and processing of onions, an activity that has contributed to the economic growth of the town and which today is celebrated with a festival full of taste, conviviality and tradition.
An original menu where the onion is the protagonist from appetizer to dessert, prepared with passion by the volunteers of the Pro Loco. And for those who prefer, tasty typical dishes without onions will also be available.
An outdoor dinner, immersed in the pleasant coolness of the stream, to live an authentic experience of flavors, history and conviviality.
