On the anniversary of the first Liberation of Bobbio on July 7, 1944, the beginning of an important moment of partisan self-government in the Trebbia Valley, the ANPI Provincial Committee of Piacenza, the Municipality of Bobbio and the Museum of the Piacenza Resistance, organize two days of initiatives.
The Cevas: an anti-fascist and republican family

Presentation of the book, the first complete research work on the history of a family with deep Bobbio roots.
On Christmas Eve 1930, in the Regina Coeli prison, the young chemist of Justice and Freedom Umberto Ceva took his own life. Arrested in Milan with Ernesto Rossi and Riccardo Bauer, his death raised doubts and ignited an international campaign that accompanied the famous “trial of intellectuals”.
The author Fiorella Imprenti talks with the historian Iara Meloni.
