Bedonia is preparing to welcome one of the most eagerly awaited events of spring: the Blackthorn Mushroom Fair, scheduled for April 26th. An event that celebrates one of the most characteristic spontaneous products of the area, a symbol of the season and of the local gastronomic tradition.

Throughout the day, the town comes alive with food and wine stands, tastings and wine pairings, where the blackthorn becomes the protagonist of typical dishes and creative proposals. There will be guided excursions in the woods to discover this precious mushroom, together with informative moments with expert mycologists.

There will also be space for entertainment with shows for adults and children, cultural initiatives and the presentation of a book dedicated to the world of mushrooms, for an experience that combines taste, nature and knowledge.
