Pancetta Piacentina Dop Fair and Spring Fair.
The long-awaited trade fair is dedicated to Pancetta Piacentina Dop, one of the 3 protected Piacenza cured meats, with coppa and salami.
A typical product of the area, pancetta is celebrated with tastings, themed exhibitions, workshops for children, and there is also a catering area available to the public.
