The Mushroom Museum – Albareto headquarters reopens its doors for 2026 with a calendar of openings distributed throughout the year, on the occasion of holidays and special moments.
Located inside the Palazzo della Comunalia, the museum represents an immersive journey into the world of the undergrowth: a journey through biodiversity, tradition and culture linked to the porcini mushroom, excellence of the Val Taro area.
The exhibition itinerary, complementary to that of Borgotaro, allows you to discover numerous species of mushrooms, their natural habitat and the delicate balance that binds them to plants, animals and microorganisms.
During the opening days there will also be a mycologist, available to visitors for guided tours, insights and curiosities.
