Open day in the Reserve, a space available to small farmers, hobbyists and simple enthusiasts for the exchange of seeds, bulbs, rhizomes, cuttings and cuttings of vegetables, flowers, fruits and vines preserved through the generations, seasoned with the old and new knowledge that everyone makes available to others. In the afternoon there will be a new edition of the tasting competition “il Pomo d’Oro” which rewards the best use of apples (or pears) in the kitchen.
