Textile works that tell of a kaleidoscopic world linked to the slowness of manual work but also a frontier area of research between craftsmanship and design.
The cultural validity of “Trame a Corte” is linked to the contemporaneity of this means of expression which, although not part of the usual artistic language, today sees in the panorama of Modern Art, participating artists from every nation who try their hand at weaving, embroidery and recycled fabrics and elaborated with various techniques.
The works in competition will be exhibited throughout the week on the main floor of the Rocca.
