The town of Walter Madoi’s fresco and the Percorso Vita di Sesta
Saturday 6 September 2025We will visit the historic village of Sesta Inferiore, frescoed in the 60s by the well-known artist Walter Madoi, then we will descend to the ancient medieval bridge over the Parma stream; Back in the village we will walk along the old paths in the immediate surroundings to admire panoramic views, chestnut groves, springs and majesty, in a circular itinerary that passes through Sesta Superiore and descends to the centenary chestnut grove and then returns to the village.

Meeting point: Saturday 06 September 2025 at 9.30 a.m. at the entrance to the hamlet of Sesta Inferiore, in the municipality of Corniglio (PR). End of the excursion: 12.00 noon.
Required equipment: hiking shoes, kway, personal water supply, trekking poles recommended for the sections in the woods
