The season of Pianellesi events officially reopens after a stop period linked to the pandemic!
Like every year on May 1st in Pianello Val Tidone, the Pro Loco organizes the traditional Festa della Gallina Grigia (d’la Galeina Grisa), which for over 35 years has attracted people from Piacenza-Pavia-Milan and other neighboring provinces.
At the same time, as always, on May 1st, the Spring Fair with over 200 stalls, exhibitions, agricultural machinery, amusement park, food stands, antiques and creativity markets.
The Pro Loco Pianello Val Tidone promotes the initiative to safeguard and encourage the handing down of local folk traditions and for the promotion of typical products, wines, PDO cold cuts and Val Tidone specialties, such as the legendary omelettes d’la Galeina Grisa.
