The Croccantata di Bobbio returns on Sunday 19 December 2021.

The traditional event is organized by Ra Familia Bubièiza under the patronage of the Municipality of Bobbio and in collaboration with the Artisans of Croccante.

In Largo Rio Grande in Bobbio starting at 3 pm there will be demonstrations and tastings of the famous crunchy typical sweet of the Bobbiese Christmas tradition.

In particular, the Croccantata di Bobbio will see the crunchy artisans at work who will prepare the typical sweet made with almonds and sugar. These are real artists protagonists of real works of art to admire and taste.
