They are the members of the association The Hills of Fidenza (Fabio Pederzani with flour from Azienda Agricola Pederzani, Alberto and Angelo Gallicani with the wines of Cantina Le Antighe, Davide Sampaolo with honey from Azienda 2be(es), Giuliano Persegona from Caeseficio bio Persegona), Gian Luca Cavi from Magritte – Gelati al Cubo, Fabio Serventi from Caseificio Sociale Coduro, chef Dimitri Harding from Ristorante La Valle.
HOW TO ACCESS
All the evenings of Mangiamusica take place at the Teatro Magnani in Fidenza and start at 21. They are free admission, subject to availability of places (without reservations).
