The Bosco del Molino is an ambitious visionary project, born from the drive and attention to the environment that the millers of Agugiaro & Figna Molini.

An area of 13 hectares where 18 thousand plants will grow among shrubs, trees and medicinal essences , allowing the absorption of 160 thousand kg of CO2 per year, and offsetting the total emissions of the company’s plants in carrying out the milling process of the four plants.

The green lung was created in collaboration with Cinsa, the National Inter-University Consortium of Environmental Sciences, and represents the largest lowland forest ecosystem built on a private initiative.

The environmental requalification initiative, carried out and conceived by Agugiaro & Figna Molini is one of the stages of the company’s journey to support the territory and its biodiversity, engaging in increasingly eco-sustainable choices.
