The tourist offer of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines consists of 17 winter resorts, 400 kilometers of descents, 5,000 km of nature trails.

You can go trekking along the Alta Via dei Parchi that runs along the ridge,

snowshoeing in the woods, sleeping in shelters.

There is a network of welcome and hiking activities very organized in the two national parks.

Cerreto Laghi, Reggio Emilia
The winter resort is in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian National Park. You can have fun on 28 km of slopes, snow park and baby park, in an alpine scenery around an Apennine lake of glacial origin at the foot of Mount La Nuda, among snow-capped beech forests.

Among the novelties there are the new chairlift at the Valle Fonda school field, a new online ticket office and a redesigned snow park with a new look and renewed management.

From Piacenza to Romagna there are many other winter resorts that are smaller and more collected, but no less fun. In geographical order:

Schia and Prato Spilla on the Parma Apennines,
Ventasso, Alpe di Cusna (Febbio), Pratizzano in the province of Reggio Emilia (a real paradise for cross-country skiers with an offer deliberately aimed exclusively at this discipline)
