A guided exploration of the forest, for adults and children, in search of the first signs of the incipient spring: the bells and liverworts that pierce the thick mantle of dead leaves to open their corollas to the sun, immediately visited by bumblebees and bees awakened from winter hibernation; the songs of thrushes and tottavilles, which already prepare their nest; fallow deer and roe deer that stay throughout the day to eat the tender, new grass of the meadows; the flight of swallows and balestrucci just arrived from Africa after a flight of thousands of kilometers.
Path without particular difficulties, also accessible to children (from 8 years upwards).
Hiking boots or rubber boots (muddy terrain) are required. Binoculars and camera recommended.
The initiative is held on Saturday 25 March 2023 from 3 pm to 5.30 pm.
Free activity organized by Parchi del Ducato and WWF Parma at the Visitor Center of the Reserve in Predelle di Porcigatone, Borgo Val di Taro PR.
