The 2023 edition of the National Porcini Mushroom Fair of Albareto, at the central tensile structure in front of the Town Hall, opens a tasting of Marche bubbles, all to be discovered. In the company of the Sommelier Paolo Marlat and Mosè Ambrosi, of Cantina Fontezoppa (Civitanova Marche – MC) will be offered for tasting the four wines that will accompany the three days of the fair

The job of a gastronome is to master and make available to others the science and gastronomic culture he holds. Thanks to the latter it is able to create invisible bridges that will make you travel through the palate. Paolo Tegoni, Giorgio Zinno and Nerio Pellegrini of the Professional Gastronomi Association will present a curious and unusual tasting, which will be combined with mountain cheeses and “sea” wines.

other inhabitants of the forest. A visit inside a giant mushroom will also allow you to know the many
animals that live inside it and understand the extraordinary role of fungi in the health of the forest.

The musical complex “Città di Collecchio” parades in concert through the streets of the Fair, in a space between music and folklore, in the name of sociability and solidarity. Organized by the Band of Albareto
9.30 pm Stillhouse Band – Live Concert & Dj Set
An emerging band from Valtaro, they participated in the “Nice International Film Festival”, the independent film festival held every year in Nice a few days before Cannes. To bring the Parma mountain to the premiere of the Nice event was in fact the young rock group “Stillhouse”, who was able to participate in the event having written the soundtrack of the film “The Modern Way”, the film directed by Giuseppe Monticciolo and scripted by Jake Henderson. The film, which received six NFF nominations, went on to win Best Picture and Best Actor in an English-Language Feature Film.
