Small jewels continue to sprout in the villages of the Apennines and we will discover some of them at the slow pace of our steps, almost without making noise so as not to disturb the precious balance between man and nature that can still be found in these places. Starting from Mossale Inf. we will climb the road that leads through the Borgo degli Artisti to Mossale Sup. where we will visit a field of saffron in the explosion of its autumn bloom and we will meet the creator of this magic. From here, through woods and meadows bordered by dry stone walls and thanks to the recovery of the ancient paths that connected these two hamlets of the Upper Parma Valley united by art, we will reach Sesta.We will descend intersecting the forest road that leads to Bondino and then to Lagoni and then enter the Sesta-Madoi open-air museum. We will pass through the painted village and return to the cars along a comfortable asphalt road.
