The restaurant is member of the club Parma city of Gastronomy
The restaurant is hosted in a former colony on the Appenines and it’s a also a pizzeria, an accommodation with swimming pool in a green area surrounded by 250 square meters of woods.
The cuisine uses only local products, there’s shop with black pigs products from the free range black pig breeding of the farm Ca’ Mezzadri and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese of the dairy Ponte Bratica.
Besides the Black pig of Parma, the restaurant proposes traditional dishes: cappelletti, tortelli, hand made tagliatelle and potato tortellini plus pizza.
It is also possible to visit the livestocks.
